Please note, the property owner is responsible for maintaining the sidewalks next to their property, however, the City does offer programs that assist with repairs or replacements. Please review the helpful information below containing information of the available programs and select which program applies:

• 50-50 Sidewalk Repair Program. Submit a Sidewalk Repair Request for the 50-50 Sidewalk Program online. The Program reimburses property owners up to 50% of the cost of repair to a maximum of $1500 per property. (route to Engineering)

• Temporary sidewalk Repair Program. Submit a request to the Maintenance Department to repair minor damage to the sidewalk at no cost. Subject to staff availability. Note the repair is a temporary fix and will involve either a grind down or an asphalt patch for displacement that is less than 3”. (route to Maintenance)

• Concrete Repair Program. Request that your name be added to the interest list for the City's Concrete Repair Program. The City has a limited amount of funding each year to fix limited locations. (route to Engineering)
